Ping only works if it's safe and real. These rules are enforced.

Warning: You must be 18 or older to use Ping. You will be kicked out of the app if you're under 18.

1. Be real

No fake profiles or impersonation. A photo is required to appear on the radar, and your primary photo must clearly show your face. Anything you choose to share about yourself — including optional gender and orientation — should be honest.

2. Meet in public

Always meet in a public place. Use Share my Ping to let a friend know where you're going. Suggest a public café or spot from the in-chat suggestions.

3. Zero tolerance for harassment

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or solicitation. Block and report is one tap — we act on reports quickly, including automatic suspension.

4. 18+ only

Ping is for adults 18 and over. Misrepresenting your age is a permanent-ban offense. You will be kicked out of the app if you're under 18.

5. If something feels wrong, report it

Report anything that makes you feel unsafe. You will never be penalized for reporting in good faith.
