Welcome to Ping. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Warning: You must be 18 or older to use Ping. You will be kicked out of the app if you're under 18. Misrepresenting your age is a permanent-ban offense.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. We verify age via your self-reported birthdate and an OTP-verified account. We do not currently perform government-ID age verification, and we reserve the right to request further verification in the future. Misrepresenting your age is a permanent-ban offense. You will be kicked out of the app if you're under 18.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate them, including automatically when multiple reports are received. Profile details you add — bio, and optionally your gender and sexual orientation — are self-described and optional; keep them accurate and don't impersonate anyone.

Meeting people

Ping helps you meet people in person. You meet at your own risk. Always meet in public, tell a friend (use "Share my Ping"), and trust your instincts.

Subscriptions

Ping+ is billed at $0.99/mo. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal. Founding Members keep their $0.99/mo rate even if we raise the price for new subscribers.

Liability

Ping is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interactions between users.
